Skill Development Training

We provide skill development training for students, women and youth on personality development, communication, leadership, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, career planning, interview skills, grooming, bank support for start-ups, government schemes awareness, international career planning, stress management and digital media handling.

Our sessions are handled by a dynamic resource team comprising academics from popular universities, Industry experts, government officials, bank officials and practicing entrepreneurs who ace in their career and academic specialization. We bring quality learning through interactive sessions filled with group activities, workshops, quizzes, panel discussions, debates, games, and motivational dialogs encouraging our young participants to achieve their career goals.

Women Entrepreneurship Awareness Program

To motivate and help rural women to achieve their entrepreneurial goals we provide Entrepreneurship Awareness, Skill Development and Motivational Training exclusively for women self-help groups and aspiring women entrepreneurs

Digital Literacy Program

Digital literacy is the key essential of today. We conduct basic and advanced Computer Training certification courses at our centre, trained and certified by MICE. In the year 2022, we have successfully trained 100 students in the basic course (20 students in each batch, duration of the course 1 month each batch). Basic computer operations and MS Office - word, excel and PowerPoint are the major content of the course. Advanced computer course with Tally, Graphics etc will commence in March 2023.

The computer lab is sponsored by Mr. Anand Shetty, CMD of Organic Group, Mumbai and the training is sponsored by Allcargo Logistics Ltd, Mumbai

Job Fair

We conduct Job Fairs to facilitate employment opportunities for rural talent youth/students/women in various companies. Our mega event “Job Fair 2022” was conducted on 8th and 9th of October 2022. 24 popular companies including TCS, Manipal Technologies, Reliance and ICICI Prudential participated as recruiters. Over 375 candidates were shortlisted.

Candidates from educational backgrounds of Engineering, MBA, CA, Diploma, ITI, Graduates, Post Graduates, PUC, SSLC, Hospitality and other Technical and Skill-Oriented people participated in the event.
